This Is A “Composite” Single-Award Framework Agreement Corresponding Partly To A Contract Settled At A Lump Sum Price And Partly To A Framework Agreement Executed Exclusively By Means Of Purchase Orders:  The Lump Sum Part Concerns Recurring Services;  The Part Whose Execution Is Triggered By Purchase Orders Concerns One-Off Services In Application Of The Provisions Of Articles L 2125-1-1° And R 2162-1 To R 2162-6 And R 2162-13 And R 2162-14 Of Public Procurement Code). This Part Does Not Have A Minimum Amount, And Its Maximum Amount Is Set At 400,000 Euros (Euros) Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement.
