Oxfam WASH Team is responsible to monitor and confirm the work. The period of delivery is one week from the date signing the PO. The supplier should prepare and submit technical and financial offer for the works, detailed Bills of Quantities, and execution schedule. The supplier will be responsible on the delivery process to Oxfams are of intervention. The supplier will abide the provision based on the requested specification. The supplier is requested to provide quantity as the table below. Oxfam has the right to increase or decrease quantities at the same unit cost. Oxfam has the right to purchase water tank without other items. Oxfam has the right to select different suppliers for the same market and the quantity might be split between them. The quantity of items requested will differ based on the needs which will be defined later for emergency response.
