Tenders are invited for Construction of a New Five (5) Classroom Building to Include Kitchen at Christiana Leased Primary & Infant School DESCRIPTION OF WORKS: - Marlie Hill Primary & Infant School - Six (6) months (construction period) Bid Security: Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) The work compnses the construction of a new two (2) Classroom building to include kitchen, office, sickbay, bathroom facilities, etc. - Christiana Leased Primary & Infant School - Eight (8) months (construction period) The work compnses the construction of a new five (5) Classroom building to include kitchen, office, sickbay, bathroom facilities, etc. AVAILABILITY OF BID DOCUMENTS: Interested bidders can obtain Tender Documents as of Monday, September 9, 2024, via the GOJ Electronic Procurement Platform (GOJEP). All quenes concerning the Tender Documents/ drawings shall be made via the GOJEP Platform. No clarification will be addressed by any other means.
