Tenders are invited for Consultant (s) to conduct Baseline Survey The Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) is a leading Cambodian capacity-building organization in the areas of advocacy, policy influencing, citizen engagement, and good governance. APIs mission is to serve the long-term democratic and social development needs of Cambodia through the empowerment of its citizens to interact with their government to protect their rights. With its 5th Strategic Plan for the period 2024 to 2028, API pursues the strategic goal of helping build a more harmonious and inclusive Cambodia, with sustainable development, good governance and respect for democratic principles and human rights, with a focus on women and girls, youth and most disadvantaged people. Three strategic objectives contribute to this goal: 1) Improved Democratic Governance and Accountability; 2) The development, implementation, and monitoring of public policies and laws is inclusive and democratic. 3) Human Rights are Respected, Protected and Fulfilled.
