The Municipality Of Providencia Requires To Contract The Works For The “Restoration Of Falabella Historical Monument Falabella Falabella”, The Objective Of The Contract Is Mainly The Restoration, Repair And Conservation Of The Facades Of The Historical Monument, In This Sense, It Can Be Understood That The Scope Of The Project To Be Executed Are Considered “Minor Works”, Whose Purpose Is To Maintain The Current Characteristics Of The Building, Without Relevant Additions Or Modifications To The Morphology And Ornamentation Of The Property, To Improve The Problem That Is Causing Damage To The Property And Prevent Its Deterioration. The Execution Of The Works Considers The Following Lines Of Action: • Conservation Of Facades, • Restoration And Consolidation Of Ornaments, • Replenishment And Improvements Of Rainwater, • Repair And Correction Of Terraces.
