The Subject Of This Order Is The Successive Delivery (Depending On Current Needs) Of Dental Materials, Also Called Products, Specified In Terms Of Assortment And Quantity In The Assortment And Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Dental Materials Constituting The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Column 2 Of The Assortment And Price Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). 3. The Contractors Responsibilities Will Include: Successive (In Batches Depending On Needs) Deliveries To The Warehouse Management Section In The Logistics Department Of The Medical University Of Warsaw, Ul. Pawińskiego 3, 02-106 Warszawa Or Directly To The Address Specified In The Order. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered From Monday To Friday Between 8:30 A.M. And 2:30 P.M.
