Tenders are invited for Communication Expert Closing Date: Wednesday, 25. Sep 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Women Status & Issues Remuneration range: 3000 to 4000 (USD) Duration of Contract: project The communication expert will be responsible for the following tasks: Situation Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the organizations current communication practices, tools, and channels. Stakeholder Analysis: Identify and map key internal and external stakeholders, their needs, and the best communication approaches for each group. Strategic Messaging: Develop clear and consistent key messages aligned with the organizations mission, vision, and values. Channel Strategy: Identify the most effective communication channels for reaching different stakeholder groups, including digital, print, social media, and traditional media. Content Development Guidelines: Provide guidelines for the creation of engaging content (written, visual, and multimedia) across different platforms. Internal Communication Plan: Design an internal communication plan to foster collaboration, transparency, and engagement within the organization. External Communication Plan: Develop an external communication plan to enhance visibility, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy. Capacity Building: Provide coaching and training sessions to ensure effective implementation of the strategy. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E): Propose tools and indicators to monitor and assess the effectiveness of the communication strategy over time. The expert will be expected to deliver: A comprehensive communication strategy document. A situation analysis report based on the current state of communication within the organization. Key messaging guidelines tailored to the organizations target audience. A communication channel matrix with recommended tools and platforms.
