This Tender Concerns The Treatment Of Textile Waste For The Municipalities Of Copenhagen And Frederiksberg (Hereinafter The Client). The Amount Of Textile Waste In This Contract Is Expected To Be 200 Tonnes/Year From The Municipality Of Copenhagen And 200 Tonnes/Year From The Municipality Of Frederiksberg. Overall, A Quantity Of 400 Tonnes/Year. The Requirements Specification Describes The Ordering Partys Requirements For The Suppliers Treatment Of Textile Waste. The Provider Wants A Treatment Solution Where The Handling Of Textile Waste Collected Via The Textile Waste Scheme For Households Follows The Waste Hierarchy, Where Clothes And Textiles Suitable For Recycling Are Prepared For Recycling And That The Textiles That Are Not Suitable For Recycling Are, To The Greatest Extent Possible, Set Aside For The Production Of New Textile Products At The Same Time That There Is Documentation For Treatment And Disposal. The Supplier Must Assume Responsibility For Receiving, Pre-Sorting And Fine-Sorting The Waste Fraction Textile Waste And Ensure Subsequent Disposal For Reuse And Recycling As Well As Recovery Cf.
