The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Carrying Out The Main Overhaul Of The Mtu 12V2000m60 Engine Installed On The S/Y Oceania, Together With The Delivery Of Parts And Materials Necessary To Carry Out The Overhaul To The Institute Of Oceanology Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences. 2. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of The Main Overhaul Of The Mtu 12V2000m60 Engine Performed After 36,000 Hours Of Engine Operation (Including Disassembly Of The Engine From The Ship, Proper Overhaul, Reassembly And Restoration Of The Ships Full Maneuverability) And The Supply Of Materials And Parts Needed To Perform The /Under Renovation. 3. The Engine Overhaul Service Should Be Performed By A Service Center With The Technical Capabilities To Overhaul The Main Engine And Replace Components Recommended By The Mtu 12V2000m60 Engine Manufacturer After 36,000 Hours Of Engine Operation (Having, Among Other Things, Computer Programs To Set Engine Parameters). 4. Scope Of Work For The Mileage Of 36,000 Operating Hours Of The Mtu 12V2000m60 Engine: 1) Inspection And Cleaning Of The Raw Water Cooler; 2) Intercooler Inspection And Cleaning; 3) Engine Block Measurement; 4) Replacement Of Engine Heads; 5) Replacement Of Injection Pumps; 6) Replacing Fuel Injectors; 7) Replacement Of Turbochargers; 8) Replacement Of The Torsional Vibration Damper; 9) Replacement Of Liquid Pumps (Cooling And Outboard); 10) Replacing Thermostats; 11) Replacement Of Cylinder Liners; 12) Replacing Pistons And Piston Rings; 13) Replacement Of Crankshaft Bearings; 14) Replacement Of Connecting Rod Bearings; 15) Replacement Of The Fuel Pressure Regulating Valve; 16) Replacement Of The Low Pressure Fuel Pump; 17) Replacement Of Connection Elbows Of The Raw Water Cooler; 18) Replacement Of Seals For All Dismantled Components; 19) Adjustment Of Valve Clearances And Control Of Valve Levers; 20) Carrying Out Renovation Service; 21) Replacing Crankcase Breathers And Replacing Membranes; 22) Replacing Oil, Air And Fuel Filters; 23) Oil Change; 24) Replacing The Fluid In The Engine Cooling System And Bleeding The System; 25) Replacing The Alternator Belt; 26) Cleaning And Replacing The Centrifugal Oil Filter Insert; 27) Replacement Of All Seals Provided For In The Procedures, All Unscrewable Screws, O-Rings, Sealing Rings, Head Seals, Washers; 28) Test Run Of The Engine At The Quay; 29) Computer Diagnostics Of The Engine In Motion Using Dedicated Programs; 30) Submission Of As-Built Documentation; 31) Other Activities Required By The Engine Manufacturer To Properly Perform Engine Overhaul After 36,000 Hours Of Engine Operation. 5. The Works Should Be Carried Out Under The Supervision Of The Polish Register Of Shipping (Hereinafter Referred To As Prs). The Contractor Should Take Into Account Prs Comments When Executing The Order. 6. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Safely Dismantle The Engine From The Ship And Reassemble It, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations, As Well As Transport The Engine From The Ship To The Place Of Its Renovation.
