Request for proposals are invited for Procurement of Comprehensive IT System Audit in Accordance with International Standards and Experience Eligibility Criteria: (a) Bidders must have successfully completed at least two (2) similar projects of comparable nature and complexity within the last five (5) years, (b) A minimum average annual tumover of US$1 million is required, calculated as the total certified payments received for contracts completed or ongoing within the last five (5) years. (c) Additional qualification details are provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP) bid data sheet. 4, Procurement Process: The procurement will be conducted through Intemational Competitive Bidding (ICB) utilizing the Request for Proposals (RFP) method. This process is open to all eligible bidders with international experience and the capacity to fulfill the assignment to the required international standards, considering all components of JEDCO. 5. Selection Criteria: A firm will be selected based on its Full Technical Proposal (FTP) and financial proposal, as detailed in this REP. IT audit firm are required to submit sealed Technical and Financial proposals in separate envelopes clearly marked Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal.
