The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Joint Procurement Managed By Sansia, Where The Customers Are Etelä-Savo Koulutus Oy, Metsäsairila Oy, Mikalo Oy, Mikkelin Asumisoikes Oy And Mikkelin Kaupunki. In Procurement, The Price Of Electrical Energy Is Made Up Of The Physical Electricity Spot Delivery, The Analysis Of Power-Based Price Fixings Made To Reduce The Price Risk, The Acquisition Of Certificates Of Origin For Renewable Electricity, The Suppliers Margin And The Grid Company Fingrids Currently Valid Production And Consumption Volume Fee. The Fixed-Term Contract Period For The Procurement Is 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2026. In Addition To That, The Purchase Includes An Extension Option To Be Decided Jointly By The Contracting Parties From 1 January 2027 To 31 December 2028. The Subscribers Combined Purchase Of Electrical Energy Is Approximately 40.8 Gwh/Year. In The Future, The City Of Mikkeli Plans To Acquire Part Of Its Electricity With Long-Term Power Purchase Agreements (Ppa Agreements). According To The Current Information, The Amount Of Electricity Procured With Ppa Contracts Is 10-20% Of The Subscribers Annual Total Procurement Amount. The Ppa Agreements Are Planned To Enter Into Force In 2026. The Customer(S) Will Inform The Supplier As Early As Possible About The Start Of The Ppa Agreements, So That This Part Of The Procurement Can Be Taken Into Account In Portfolio Management. The Supplier Must Be Able To Process The Electrical Energy Procured Through Ppa Agreements As Part Of The Procurement And Separate It In The Electricity Billing Of The Subscribers In Such A Way That The Supplier Receives The Electric Energy And The Electricity Bills Coming Through The Ppa Agreements And Distributes These To The Subscribers Places Of Consumption In The Manner Announced By The Subscriber In Advance. The Number Of Places Of Use Per Customer And The Estimated Quantities Of Electric Energy Procurement Are Described In More Detail In The Appendix Of The Request For Tender. All The Numbers Of Places Of Use And Volumes Presented Are Estimates, And The Procurement Unit And The Subscribers Do Not Commit Themselves To The Corresponding Procurement Quantities. Bidders Are Asked To Familiarize Themselves With All The Documents Attached To The Request For Bids And Take Them Into Account When Making The Bid. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Framework Arrangement, For Which One (1) Supplier Is Selected.
