Tenders are invited for Establishing and Building for Nine Classrooms and Five Latrines for Al-Nahda School in Al-Badiah Village, Mawiah District-Taiz Governorate. Tenders must be submitted to Tamdeen Youth Foundation office, Sanaa, Faj Attan Next to UN Compound, Procurement Department, on or Before Sunday September 29, 2024 11:00 Noon, Yemen Timing. Terms and requirements: · The bid must be submitted using the attached forms and annexes, bids that do not match the attached form will be disqualified. · All Bid forms and documents related to this tender must be stamped by the supplier, any bid that does not comply with this will be excluded. · All documents must be filled in with the required data, and any bidder who does not comply with this will be excluded. · All the information related to the items must be mentioned in the bed. · Pricing must be done in US dollar, any bid submitted in another currency will be rejected. · Offered prices must be remain valid for at least 90 days from the date of opening the envelopes. · The prices quoted must include all indirect additional costs such as taxes and any other cost. · Copies of the Technical and Financial forms must be submitted in excel format in a USB Flash Drive. · Bids must be submitted in three envelopes (legal documents, technical proposal, financial proposal). · We have the right to exclude any bidder who was not responsible in previous tenders. · Attention: Contractors must attach samples, pictures of, or catalogs of the materials required in this tender (see tables of quantities), taking into account that the selection committee will give priority to the best offer from a technical and financial criterion when selecting. · No bid will be accepted for any contractor whose rating is less than third class. Legal eligibility criteria: 1. Must provide Valid Business Registration card. 2. Must provide Valid Tax card. 3. Must Provide valid license of Business Practice 4. Must provide Valid Zakat Card 5. Must provide Bid Guarantee of 2.5% of the total amount of the offer valid for 90 days from the date of opening the bid. 6. Submit a statement that the bidder is registered and approved on the SCMCHA supplier list. 7. Vendors Non-inclusion into the UN, UNSG and WB Sanctions/ineligibility lists 8.
