Metsähallitus Tenders The Contract For The Renovation And Renewal Of The Piers Of The Excursion Harbors In The Ahlaiten Archipelago In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And The Attached Material. The Purpose Is To Improve The Quay And Buoy Structures Of Cruise Ports With Durable And Fit-For-Purpose Solutions. Piers Must Be Suitable For Long-Term Mooring Of Pleasure Boats. There Is No Electricity Or Water In The Ports. Structures And Anchorages Must Withstand Wave And Ice Loads As Well As Loads Caused By Mooring Boats. The Access Bridge Must Be Able To Be Installed So That There Is No Threshold Between The Upper Surface Of The Ground Support And The Bridge. Accessibility Requirements Must Be Taken Into Account In Pier Structures. The Construction Sites Are Located In Selkämere National Park In The Excursion Ports Of Iso-Enskeri, Munakari And Seliskeri On The Islands Of The Ahlai Archipelago, Located In The Pori Archipelago. The Sites Are Divided Into Sub-Areas As Follows1) Iso-Enskeri, Dismantling The Old Pier And Sending It To Proper Disposal2) Iso-Enskeri, Building A New Pier3) Munakari, Repairing The Pier4) Seliskeri, Dismantling Two Old Piers And Sending It To Proper Disposal5) Seliskeri, Building A New Pierprocurement Unit Reserves The Right To Implement Only Part Of The Sub-Areas On Economic Grounds. The Contractor Who Has Submitted The Most Favorable Overall Bid For The Sub-Areas To Be Implemented And Meets The Eligibility Requirements Will Be Selected, So That It Is Possible To Choose One Contractor For Demolition Sub-Areas 1 And 4, And For The Repair And Construction Of Piers, Sub-Areas 2,3 And 5 It Is Possible To Choose One Contractor. The Contractor Chosen For Demolition And Construction Can Be The Same. You Can Offer All Sub-Areas 1-5 Or Only Both Sub-Areas 1 And 4 Of The Demolition Contracts Together, Or The Whole Of Pier Repair And Construction Sub-Areas 2,3, And 5. Other Individual Parts -Areas Will Not Be Accepted. The Bidder Must Familiarize Himself With The Site In The Way He Deems Necessary Before Submitting The Bid. The Contractor Selected For The Demolition Contract Must Present A Demolition Plan In The Contract/Bid Negotiation, Which Includes A Description Of The Appropriate Delivery Of The Demolished Piers To Final Disposal Or The Plans Continued Use. Work Can Begin In October 2024 When The Contract Is Signed And The Contract Must Be Completed By May 1, 2025. It Is A Total Contract And The Contract Complies With The General Contract Conditions For Construction Contracts Yse 1998 (Rt 16–10660). The Selected Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation. The Contractor Is Subject To The Obligations Referred To In Yse § 1 - § 4 If Nothing Else Is Mentioned In The Request For Tender Or In The Attached Material.
