Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of Historic Infrastructure In The City Of Myślenice

The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Facade And Roof Of The Building Of The Sokół Gymnastic Society In Myślenice. The Existing Building Of The Sokół Gymnastic Society, Which Will Undergo Renovation Of The Façade And Roof, Will Involve The Renovation Of Brick And Stone Elements, Replacement Of External Joinery And Reconstruction Of The Entrance Door From The West, Along With The Renovation Of The Lightning Protection System And The Construction Of External Stairs. As Part Of The Investment, Demolition Works Are Planned To Be Carried Out Outside The Existing Building Covered By The Study. It Is Planned To Dismantle The Existing Gutters Of The Building Along With Downpipes, As Well As The Existing Fittings Of The Eaves And Front Boards, As Well As Sheet Metal Flashings Of The Cornice, Chimneys And Gable Walls. The Existing Roof Hatch Is Intended For Disassembly And Disposal. It Is Planned To Dismantle And Dispose Of The Pedestal For The Falcon Sculpture And Replace It With A New One. The Sculpture Is Planned To Be Dismantled And Restored. Some Of The Roof Tiles Indicated In The Drawing Are Intended For Dismantling And Disposal, The Remaining Part Is Planned To Be Cleaned And Reused As Roofing (Existing And New Roof Tiles Should Be Mixed And Installed In Randomly Selected Places). The Main Goal Of The Investment Is To Restore The Splendor And Appropriate Aesthetics Of The Building Of The Sokół Gymnastic Society By Improving Its Technical And Aesthetic Condition. The Investment Task Includes Maintaining And Securing The Facade And Roof Of The Building. Conservation Intervention Will Consist In Removing Secondary Accretions, Improper Brickwork And Reconstructions, Making Necessary Repairs And Replacing Worn-Out Elements Of The Façade And Roof. Construction Works Will Include Landscaping: Reconstruction Of The Entrance Stairs To The Building On The Western Side, Renovation Of The Existing Stairs On The Southern Side And Construction Of A Band Around The Building To Reduce Waterlogging Of The Walls. Construction Works Will Include, Among Others: Renovation Of Brick And Stone Threads By Cleaning Them From Dirt, Structural Consolidation Of Weakened Parts, Cleaning Them From Flora Spores, Supplementing Them, Tiling Them, Grouting Them And Hydrophobizing Them. It Is Planned To Temporarily Dismantle The Roofing And Battens In Order To Install The Roof Membrane. The Renovation Project Includes Reconstruction Of The Entrance To The Building From The West, Replacement Of The Roof Over The Entrance From The East, And Replacement Of The Pedestal For The Falcon Sculpture.
