1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Execution Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of Road Lighting In The City And Commune Of Wielbark Consisting In Replacing 380 Pieces Of Non-Energy-Saving Luminaires With Energy-Saving Led Luminaires.2. The Task Will Be Implemented On Luminaires Constituting The Property Of The Wielbark Commune, Located On Power Poles Belonging In Part To The Wielbark Commune And Energa Operator Sa, Located In The Wielbark Commune.3. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Replacement And Installation Of Lighting Fixtures On Road Sections (Municipal, District And National) And In Public Places In The Wielbark Commune In Order To Meet Lighting Requirements. The Modernization Of Lighting Is Intended To Ensure The Greatest Possible Ecological And Energy Effect.4. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Obtaining All Necessary Opinions/Permits/Agreements To Complete The Order, On Our Own And At Our Own Expense, 2) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Modernization Of Lighting Infrastructure In The Wielbark Commune By Replacing Lighting Fixtures, 3) Replacement Of Existing, Worn-Out Lighting Fixtures Complete Luminaires For Led Luminaires In Order To Increase Energy And Economic Efficiency And Obtain Appropriate Lighting Parameters In Accordance With The Pn-En13201 Standard, 4) Utilization Of Dismantled Materials Owned By The Wielbark Commune, 5) Carrying Out Tests And Measurements Of The Completed Installation. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Public Traffic In The Area Of ​​The Works Performed, During The Duration Of The Contract, Until Completion And Final Acceptance, And To Obtain Consents To Occupy Sections Of The Road From The Managers Of The Occupied Roads. 6.
