In The Event That A Participant Does Not Offer One Or More Products From The Specific Position In Which He Participates, He Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Position. In The Event That A Participant Offers One Or More Products From The Specific Position In Which He Participates, But The Same/Same Ones Do Not Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, It Is Assumed That The Complexity Has Not Been Met And The Participant Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Specific Position.
