The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Is Engineering - Design, Construction And Authors Supervision For A Site: Upgrading Of The Administrative Building Of The Municipality Of Karlovo In Upi I-Municipality And Trade, Quarter 71 According To The Plan Of The Town Of Karlovo, Which Is Planned To Be Financed With Budget Funds In 2024 And 2025 Within The Framework Of The Capital Program To The Budget Of The Municipality Of Karlovo. The Main Goal Of The Current Procedure Is To Realize The Investment Intention Of The Municipal Administration To Improve The Working Environment, Ensure Accessibility For All Levels Of The Building, Sanitary Units On All Floors And Increase The Working Premises With The Allocation Of New Offices By Building A Superstructure On The Flat Roof Of The Administration Building Around The Stairwell. The Provision Of An Accessible Environment For The Citizens And The Improved And Modernized Conditions For The Employees Of The Municipal Administration Will Create An Opportunity For The Existing Building To Fulfill Its Functional Purpose More Effectively.
