Tenders are invited for Consultancy Team to Conduct Organizational Audit Mlup Russey was registered as a Local Non-Governmental Organisation with the Cambodian Ministry of Interior in October 2012 and is currently implementing actions according to the strategies and plans laid out in the Outcome Maps for 2022-2024. Scope of Work The scope of work for this consultancy includes: A situational briefing with Mlup Russey Key Coordinators, Management, advisor Desk review of policies, reports, current Outcome Maps and other relevant documents, as listed in Section 7 Draft and present methodology for the Evaluation for approval by Mlup Russey Management Guide the informants in a review of Mlup Russeys Core Competencies according to the approved methodology Guide the informants to consider what changes need to be made to Mlup Russeys Core Competencies according to the approved methodology Guide the informants in a review of Mlup Russeys Strategic Plan (current one and a new draft), HR and Management Systems and Policies, and Financial Systems and Policies according to the approved methodology Guide the informants to consider what changes need to be made to Mlup Russeys systems according to the approved methodology Present the revised National Staff Policy and Finance Policy and their guidelines to the informants Make recommendations on changes needed in core competencies, best practices, use of outcome mapping, HR and Management systems and Financial systems.
