Demonstrated Expertise In Developing And Implementing Sustainable Public Procurement (Spp) Strategies And Policies, Preferably Within Developing Countries Or Emerging Markets. In-Depth Knowledge Of International Best Practices And Standards In Spp, Including Relevant Legal Frameworks, Guidelines, And Assessment Tools. Experience In Conducting Effective Stakeholder Consultations, Building Consensus, And Facilitating Capacity-Building Activities Related To Spp. Working Knowledge In English To Ensure Seamless Communication With The Stakeholders.
