Engineering Services – Open Process Hls Planning -Konradin Primary School-. Energy-Efficient Renovation Of The Konradin Primary School And Expansion Of 4 Classrooms, Barbarossastraße 29 - 31 In 87600 Kaufbeuren. The Subject Of The Order Is The Services Of Hls Planning In Accordance With § 53 Ff. Hoai 2021, Lph 5 To 9, With Step-By-Step Commissioning. 1. Site Plan And Building Layout: The Konradin Primary School Was Built In 1967 As A Meandering Structure And Was Expanded To Include An Extension To The West In 1997. In 2016, As The First Step In The Overall Renovation Measure, Lunchtime Care Was Integrated Into The Old Building And Extensions Were Added To The Main Building In Some Places. 2. Component Of The Main Building: The Component Of The Old Building Area Has Already Been Partially Supplemented And Revised In The Corridors As Part Of The New Building Measures (Expansion Of Lunchtime Care). However, Most Of The Two-Story Part Of The Building Is Still In Its Original State From The Year It Was Built. As Part Of The Roof Renovation, The Insulation Should Be Brought Up To Todays Standards And The Roof Drainage Should Be Relocated Towards The Facade Using Parapet Roof Drains And External Downpipes In Order To Prevent Further Water Damage. If Possible, The Roof Area Must Be Kept Free Of Installations In Order To Provide Sufficient Contiguous Area For The Placement Of Pv Elements. To Protect Against Falls, The Roof Surfaces Must Be Designed With A Fall Protection System And The Technical Equipment Such As Lightning Protection Must Also Be Replaced. The Old Facades Made Of Core-Insulated Reinforced Concrete Parts Must Be Provided With Thermal Insulation According To Todays Standards And The Old Wooden Windows Must Be Replaced With New Window Elements With Triple Glazing Or Installed In The Insulation Level. . Inside, All Hallways And Sanitary Facilities Have Already Been Upgraded, But The Old Classrooms Have To Be Stripped Back To The Screed. In Conjunction With The New Facade And The Suspended Ceiling, Each Individual Classroom Must Be Equipped With Inconspicuous, Decentralized Ventilation With A Heat Exchanger. In Terms Of Building Technology, The Rooms Are Otherwise More Or Less Up To Date, As The Water Connections Were Revised As Part Of The Expansion, As Was The House Alarm System And The It And Parts Of The Electrical Distribution. Only The Drainage Needs To Be Checked And Revised If Necessary. 3. Administration Component / Caretakers Apartment: The Largely Single-Story Building Has An Additional Floor In The Northern Area To Include The Caretakers Apartment And Also Has A Basement. As Part Of The Construction Work, The Northern Part With The Sanitary Facilities, Which Face The School Yard And Are Only Accessible From The Outside, Is To Be Replanned And Reduced In Size; The Freed-Up Rooms Are To Be Allocated To The Administration. The Facade Must Be Dismantled As A Whole And Constructed According To Todays Standards With Triple-Glazed Windows And Thermal Insulation/Ventilated Thermal Insulation Facade. 4Th Component Of The West Building: The West Wing Was
