Aligning the transaction of our AV products (linear and TVNZ+) will enable TVNZ to deliver the functional aspects of TVNZs Total TV project. TVNZs preference is that the Total TV technology solution(s) will work with TVNZs existing linear trafficking and digital ad-server products, however, the solution(s) could form a complete end to end build. Following the ROI TVNZ is expecting to operate a Competitive Dialogue (CD) process ahead of issuing an RFP to the suppliers shortlisted in this ROI process. The scale and scope of the procurement set out in the RFP may change based on our learnings in the ROI. As well as supporting improved commercial opportunities, the programme will transform TVNZs capabilities and support new ways of working, offering simplicity, scale and efficiency as well as improved audience optimisation and measurement.
