Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (Ict) (Fma) Invites Interested Tenderers To Qualify For Participation In A Dynamic Procurement Scheme For Software Licences (Hereafter Called The Dps Scheme Or Dps). The Relevant Software Licences And Main Categories Are To Be Accounted For In This Document. The Scheme Applies To Both Purchase And Maintenance Of Software Licences, Depending On The Subscription Type.
