The New Institution, Which Will Accommodate 7 Nursery Groups, Is To Be Established On Cadastre 6Q, Where Solstrålen Is Located Today. After Moving Into The New Institution, The Existing Institution Will Be Demolished And Outdoor Areas Will Then Be Completed. The Task Also Includes An Option For An Extension With Facilities For The Day Care. The Construction Site Is Approx. 4,200 M2, Where Daycare Incl. Day Care Option Amounts To Approx. 1,280 M2 In Total. The Building Must Obtain Dgnb Gold Certification. The Task Is Offered In Turnkey Competition With Negotiation For Four Teams Consisting Of Contractor, Architect, Engineer And Landscape Architect Skills, Where The Contractor Is The Tenderer And Contract Holder Vis-À-Vis Solrød Municipality.
