The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Design And Build, On Time And At Optimal Costs, In Accordance With The Requirements Arising From Laws, Regulations And Norms And Procurement Documents, A Multifunctional Land Improvement System (Including A Tank And Pipeline) That Would Fulfill Several Purposes, Being A Drainage Facility For The Nearby Area At The Same Time, And At The Same Time The System Could Be Used For Firefighting Water Based On The Collection Of Precipitation And Soil Water (And If There Is Sufficient Water Supply, Also As A Solution For Obtaining Irrigation Water) Instead Of Traditionally Draining Excess Water Through Ditches Into The Narva River. The Tank Is Filled With Rainwater And Soil Water After Undergoing A Natural Water Treatment. The Area Of ​​Design And Construction Works Is Located In The Seasonal Residential Area Of ​​Kudruküla.
