Work Detail
Engineering-Related Scientific And Technical Services – Framework Agreement For Updating, Optimizing And Applying Hydraulic 1D And 2D Models (2024-2027). The Positions / Sub-Steps To Be Processed By The Contractor Include The Following Points: 1. Updating/Editing Of Digital Terrain Models (Dgm) - Integration Of New Available Terrain Data (E.G. Area Bearings, Groyne Renovations) Into Existing Dgm - Extension Of Existing Dgm Into The Area - Height And Position Transformation Existing Dgm - Gis-Based Evaluations Based On Dgm Data (E.G. Content Lines, Filling Curves For Polders) 2. Construction Of Cross-Section Data Sets Or Computational Grids For Hydraulic 1D/2D Models - Checking And Plausibility Of The Data Bases Provided By The Client Using Suitable Methods - Creation Of Cross-Sections (Qp) Based On Qp Traces For 1D Models (Discrete, With Base-Line/Gis2prof/Arcsobek) Or Of Computational Grids For 2D Models 3. Construction Of Hydraulic 1D/2D Models - Testing Of Hydrological Ones And Hydraulic Data Bases (E.G. Water Level Fixations, W And Q Time Series, Information On Building Control) - Derivation Of All Relevant Model Files (Geometries, Roughness, Boundary Conditions, Building Controls) From Supplied Data And For Supplied Or Created Cross Profiles Or Calculation Networks Using Suitable Tools And Methods (E.G. B. Baseline, Arcs-Obek). Subsequent Construction And Provision Of The Model Or Connection Of Sub-Models To The Existing Model. 4. Stationary And Non-Stationary (Re-)Calibration Of Hydraulic 1D/2D Models Of The Bfg On (Partial) Routes, Including When New Hydrological Principles Or Changed Terrain Conditions Exist. Automated Methods May Need To Be Used, Such As: B. Openda. 5. Carrying Out Stationary Water Level Position Calculations For Data Sets For The Bfgs River Hydrological Service (Flys) With Updated And Existing 1D/2D Models - Plausibility Check Of The Equivalent Longitudinal Discharge Sections Supplied By The Client Using Suitable Methods - Setting Up The Model States Or Simulation Calculation Runs, Including The Upper Ones And Lateral, Corresponding Boundary Conditions - Consideration Of The Currently Valid Discharge And Storage Target Regulations For The Dams In The Model Area - Calculation Of The Water Level Positions Including Flow Images For Stationary Discharge States For Equivalent Discharge Developments - Proof Of Stationarity - Evaluation, Plausibility And Representation Of The Simulated Discharge, Water Level And Average Velocity Longitudinal Sections For All Hectometer Stations 6. Transfer And Plausibility Check Of Existing 1D/2D Models Into New Software Versions 7. Transformation Of Existing 2D Models From Third Parties (Software: Hydroas-2D Or Others) Into 1D And 2D Models Based On The In Bfg Common Software Products (Software: Sobek, Delft3d Fm). 8. Carrying Out Stationary And Non-Stationary 1D/2D Calculation Runs With The Bfgs Large-Scale Models For Model Validation, Model Comparisons, Scenario Calculations And To Support The Analysis Of Changes To The Mod
