The Tender Relates To The Purchase And Delivery Of Audit Services And It Audit (In The Form Of E.G. Nsis, Nemid And Ra) As Well As The Purchase Of Additional Services For The Client. The Tender Includes A Fixed Annual Main Fee For Statutory Audit Services, 25 Hours Of Advice/Sparring From The Audit Team That Is Assigned For The Task And It Audit As Well As An Option To Purchase Additional Services. The Annual Main Service Consists Of: The Statutory Audit, Including Financial, Legal-Critical And Ongoing Management Audits In Accordance With The Relevant Legislation, Incl. It Declarations And 25 Hours Of Advice/Sparring From The Audit Team Assigned To Task Nit Audit (In The Form Of E.G. Nsis, Nemid And Ra) To The Contracting Authoritys It Department The Tenderer Will Be Settled With A Fixed Annual Fee For The Main Service, Cf. The Tender Conditions Appendix 3A – Tender List. In Addition, The Tender Includes The Clients Current Need For Additional Services. These Depend On The Specific Task And Are Remunerated According To The Hourly Rates Offered By The Tenderer For The Various Employee Groups, Cf. The Tender Conditions Appendix 3A – Tender List.
