The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Determined By: 2.1. Architectural And Construction Project Construction Of A Sports Hall Building And A Connector With Internal Installations, Reconstruction Of The External Partitions Of The Existing Building And Construction Of A Section Of The Heating Network, 2.2. Area Development Project Construction Of A Sports Hall Building And A Connector With Internal Installations, Reconstruction Of The External Partitions Of The Existing Building And Construction Of A Section Of The Heating Network, 2.3. Technical Design Construction Of A Sports Hall Building And A Connector With Internal Installations, Reconstruction Of The External Partitions Of The Existing Building And Construction Of A Section Of The Heating Network, 2.4. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Construction Of A Sports Hall Building And A Connector With Internal Installations, Reconstruction Of The External Partitions Of The Existing Building And Construction Of A Section Of The Heating Network, Hereinafter Referred To As The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.3. The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz Are Of Auxiliary Nature And Do Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Statements Included In The Bill Of Quantities Are Only Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of The Works And The Basic Scope Of Work And To Help The Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Warranty Is Granted For The Period Specified In The Contractors Offer, Expressed In Calendar Months. The Warranty Period Indicated In The Offer And The Extended Warranty Period For Defects Constitute One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria.5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, All Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Performance Of Construction Works, Expansion, Reconstruction In The Scope Of The Building Structure, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465 And Of 2024, Items 878 And 1222).
