The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity To The Plant Eko Dolina Sp. Z O. O. In Łężyce, With Quality Standards Defined In Accordance With Applicable Regulations - Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023. On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 819). As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To:1. Delivery Of Electricity To The Ordering Party Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Journal Of Laws 2024.266, As Amended), Based On The Generally Accepted B23 Tariff, In The Estimated Amount: 35 Mwh For The Period From November 1, 2024. Until March 31, 2025 (Minimum Benefit 20 Mwh) - Electricity Consumption Point: Al. Parku Krajobrazowego 99, Łężyce, Ppe: 59 0243 8360 1268 4254, Connection Power 1000 Kw, Consumption Point Registration Number 2918.2. Purchase Of Electricity Produced By The Ordering Party And Introduced Into The Distribution Network In The Estimated Amount: 825 Mwh For The Period From November 1, 2024. Until March 31, 2025, Under The Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, 3. The Service Of The Contractor Acting As An Entity Responsible For Commercial Balancing (Hereinafter Referred To As Pob), Referred To In Art. 3 Point 40 Of The Act Of 10 April 1997. Energy Law, Both In Relation To Electricity Supplied To The Ordering Party And Purchased From Him (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2024.266, As Amended). The Estimated Purchase Of Electricity In Individual Zones: Zone I: 11.90 Mwh/A; Zone Ii Zone: 9.45 Mwh/A; Zone Iii: 13.65 Mwh/A. The Contractor (Energy Supplier) Must Have An Appropriate Agreement Concluded With The Dso Throughout The Entire Period Of Contract Performance, Enabling The Sale Of Electricity To The Ordering Partys Facilities Via The Dsos Distribution Network. The Amounts Of Electricity Indicated Above Are Estimates. The Amount Of Electricity Actually Purchased By The Ordering Party From The Contractor And/Or Actually Sold By Him To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract May Differ From The Values ​​Given Above, Subject To A Limit Of Increase Or Decrease Of Up To 20% Of Each Of These Values. While The Minimum Provision Of Electricity Actually Purchased Is 20 Mwh. A Decrease In The Energy Purchased From The Contractor - But Not More Than 20% Of The Value Indicated Above Or An Increase In The Amount Of Electricity Sold By Him To The Contractor - But Not More Than 20% Of The Value Indicated Above - Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Party. Consequences, Apart From The Need To Pay For The Energy Actually Consumed And/Or The Need For The Contractor To Pay For The Actual Amount Of Electricity Sold To It And For The Performance Of The Pob Function By The Contractor, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Other Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect, Which He Waives By Signing The Contract .
