The Order Includes:2.1. Delivery Of Bathroom Equipment For Disabled People - Handles, Chairs, Stools, Washbasin Taps For The Needs Of Ppdb Sp. Z O. O. As Part Of The Investment Called Care And Housing Center In Suchowola Ul. Goniądzka 212.2. Determination Of The Subject Matter And The Size Or Scope Of The Order: The Supply Of Bathroom Equipment For Disabled People Consists Of A Basic Order And An Order Covered By Option Rights. The Quantitative Scope And General Requirements Are Included In Table No. 1, Which Is An Annex To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. Additional Requirements For Order Fulfillment3.1. The Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Free From Defects And Damage, And Have All The Approvals Required By Law For Use In Construction (B, Ce Mark And Approvals And Certificates Indicated In Individual Items - If Applicable). The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party Within The Time Specified In The Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And The Swz. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively According To The Requirements Submitted By The Ordering Party - Response Time Is Up To 10 Business Days From The Date Of Placing The Order.3.2.
