1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works For The Task Titled: Renovation Of The Building Of The District Court In Wałbrzych At Ul. Słowackiego 11 - Replacement Of Parts Of Door Joinery Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Opz).2. The Subject Of The Order Is Subject To The Obligation To Manage Construction Works Or Perform Investor Supervision By Persons Who Meet The Requirements Referred To In Art. 37C Of The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2022.0.840).3. The Works Covered By The Order Include Activities Enabling And Aimed At Replacing Parts Of External And Internal Door Joinery Together With Accompanying Works, Including In Particular Renovation Works Within Staircases In Order To Meet Fire Protection Requirements, I.E. Replacement Of Door Leaves And Partition Walls On Individual Floors And Replacement Of Door Leaves And Frames To Technical Rooms And Archive Rooms.4. Scope Of Works For The Task Indicated In Section 1 And Section 7 Above Includes, Among Others: 1) Measurement Of Door Openings; 2) Dismantling Of Internal And External Door Frames And Doors; 3) Delivery And Installation Of New Internal And External Doors (Aluminium, Fire-Resistant, Steel With Veneers - In Accordance With Opz);4 ) Delivery And Installation Of Staircase Partitions;5) Delivery And Installation Of Upper Door Closers On Doors Indicated In The Opz;6) Delivery And Installation Of Handles/Handles And Others Indicated In The Opz;7) Equipping Doors Intended For Skd Installation With Reversible Electric Locks;8) Installation Of Door Locks (In Accordance With The Opz And Documentation);9) Installation Of Door Closers (In Accordance With The Opz And Documentation);10) Installation Of An Anti-Panic Lever On The Doors Indicated In The Opz;11) Disposal Of Old Doors And Other Materials Generated During The Work;12) Adjustment Of Door Openings Along With The Execution Of Masonry Works; 13) Construction Of A New Door Vault; 14) Filling The Space With System Walls In Accordance With Fire Protection Regulations; 15) Repairs, Processing, Additions, Painting Of Jambs And Walls After Replacing Doors; And Other (Except Those Indicated In Point 1-15) Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Including Those Listed In The Opz And Documentation Covered By The Subject Of The Order.
