1. Construction Of A Sports Hall With A Multi-Purpose Pitch, Which Will Be Used By School Children And Youth For Training And Physical Fitness. The Building Will Be A Single-Space Building With 2 Entrance Doors. Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities Located Inside The Hall - As A Ready-Made Container, Consisting Of: A Womens Locker Room With Access To A Bathroom For Disabled People, A Mens Locker Room With A Bathroom, A Porters Office And A Warehouse. The Following Sports Fields Have Been Designed In The Designed Hall: - Basketball Court, - Playing Field For Volleyball, - Four-Station Mobile Laser Shooting Range.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Post-Construction Geodetic Measurement Of The Task; Documentation Stamped With Appropriate Stamps Confirming Positive Control By The District Office Should Be Submitted In Writing - 3 Copies And Electronically In (Pdf Or Jpg And A File Opened By The Cartographic Program Mmp Or Dxf). 3. The Ordering Party Presenting Proper Names In The Documentation Describing The Subject The Purpose Of The Order Was Only To Clearly Show What Technical Parameters The Material (Device) Should Be Used To Perform Construction Works. The Use Of Proper Names Does Not In Any Way Suggest The Manufacturer, It Is Only An Example. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use The Products Of The Manufacturer Selected By Him With The Same (Equivalent) Technical And Quality Parameters. Compliance Of The Parameters Should Be Confirmed By A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body (Or Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment Bodies) Or By A Test Report Carried Out By This Body As Evidence Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Or Characteristics Specified In The Description. Subject Of The Order, Offer Evaluation Criteria Or Terms Of Order Execution. The Ordering Party Also Allows Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence (In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation) Confirming The Compliance Of The Materials (Devices) Proposed By The Contractor If The Contractor Does Not Have Access To Certificates Or Test Reports Or Is Unable To Obtain Them In An Appropriate Time, Unless The Lack Of Access Cannot Be Attributed To A Given Contractor, And If He Proves That The Construction Works Performed By Him Meet The Requirements Or Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Offer Evaluation Criteria Or The Terms Of Contract Implementation.
