The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Replacement And Installation Of Road Lighting In The Gorzków Commune, Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Replacement Of Lighting With Energy-Saving Ones In The Gorzków Commune As Part Of The Program: Strategic Investment Program - Edition 9 We Light Up Poland. The Scope Of Work Includes: • Replacement Of 161 Pieces Of Existing, Worn-Out And Ineffective High-Pressure Luminaires With Modern Luminaires With Led Light Sources With Controllability , In Order To Increase Energy And Economic Efficiency And Obtain Appropriate Lighting Parameters; • Replacement Of Booms Adapted To New Luminaires; • Replacement Of Luminaire Wiring Together With Replacement Of Fuse Sockets And Fuses In Overhead Lines; • Modernization Of Lighting Cabinets, Including The Construction Of A Control System; • Disposal Of Dismantled Materials, Including Light Sources; • Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program, The Supplied Led Lighting Fixtures Must: 1) Be Manufactured In The European Union, 2) Be New And Meet The Guidelines Specified In The Regulations Of The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program Ninth Edition We Light Up Poland , 3) Guarantee The Possibility Of Remote Control Without Additional Modification Of The Luminaire, 4) Have The Following Certificates: Enec, Enec+, Zd4i Or Equivalent (In Accordance With § 5 Section 6 Of The Regulations). The Required Warranty Period For Built-In Lighting Fixtures Must Be At Least 60 Months .Before Commencing Work, It Is Necessary To Obtain The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Permits. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Determined By: Detailed Design, Bill Of Quantities And Stwiorb - Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, As Well As The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Additional Requirements Of The Employer Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: Persons Required To Carry Out The Work Are Obliged To Know The Regulations Occupational Health And Safety Applicable At Pge Dystrybucja S.A., In Particular: 1) Instructions For Organizing Safe Work On Power Equipment, 2) Instructions For Organizing Work In The Distribution Network With The Participation Of External Entities. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Work Performed Specified For The Subject Of The Order. Due Diligence Is Required In The Execution Of The Contract. The Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Standards, Instructions And Regulations Adopted For Use In Poland. The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.
