Please note that this RFI should not be misconstrued as an indication that WCC is committing to conducting any future procurement process. A centralised information and booking system for community facilities is critical to enabling users to explore, source information, book and connect with community facilities and spaces. We are interested in understanding who in the market has the capability and expertise to supply existing solutions that can help us improve the search and booking experience for our customers, the booking management process for staff and partner organisations, while supporting data driven decision making across our community facility network.
