Tenders are invited for Delegation of the European Union to Lao PDR is searching for a Property in Vientiane to serve as official Residence for the European Union Ambassador This property should meet the European Unions requirements, concerning quality of construction, space, security and location. The preferred main characteristics of the property are specified below: The property should be situated in one of the following areas of Vientiane: Sisattanak or downtown areas. Size interior usable surface of maximum 600m² Providing separated areas for private use (minimum 4 bedrooms, family room, access to kitchen) and representational activities (for at least 14 guests for seated dinner events and 50 guests for standing events) The property must be equipped with sufficient and efficient air-conditioning. Secure parking for at least three cars should be available. Its location should be easily accessible and consistent with the needs of representation and visibility of an important diplomatic mission.
