Request for Proposal For Building Management System (Bms) Installation

Request for proposals are invited for Building Management System (BMS) Installation for WBG Niger Office The Contractors objective is to Install a Building Management System (BMS) with a focus on existing infrastructure and advancing monitoring and control capabilities. The contract will be awarded following competitive selection based on technical and financial proposals (RFP) to the highest evaluated technically capable provider. Companies must meet the following requirements to be eligible to participate in the technical evaluation: - Evidence of minimum average annual gross revenues as set in the RFP for work similar to the Statement of Work. - Evidence that the Firm is registered and is authorized to engage in the Construction Business, Civil Works, Construction Services in the country. Firm must attest that it has all required licenses, permits and related paperwork to operate as a General Contractor. - Evidence that the Firm has been in Construction business at least 5 years and can demonstrate that over this period the Firm has successfully and continuously been engaged as a General Contractor in providing similar service to those required in this RFP The World Bank Group reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offerors proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
