Scope: The Ministry of Education & Youth (MoEY), through the National Education Trust (NET) seeks a qualified IT firm to develop specifications for CCTV systems, create management and operational guidelines, and establish a framework and policies for their use in public schools. The firm will also draft project proposals and provide detailed cost estimates for the initiative.
