The Choice Of The Type Of Procedure Is Based On Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 12 Of The Zop, In Connection With Chapter Twenty-Five, Section Ii Of The Zop And Aims To Comply With The Legal Rules And Ensure Transparency When Awarding By The Contracting Authority Under Art. 5, Para. 2, Item 9 Of The Zop. Regarding The Conditions For Conducting The Procedure, Which Are Not Regulated In The Overall Documentation For Participation, The Provisions Of The Zoning Regulations, The Rules For The Implementation Of The Zoning Regulations (Zzop), The Territorial Planning Act (Zut), As Well As The Relevant National And International Normative Acts (Statutory And By-Laws) Are Applied , Regulating The Activities From The Scope Of Assignment, According To The Specifics Of The Object Of Implementation, Including Those Related To The Various Hypotheses Of Participation Of Specific Economic Entities - Local And/Or Foreign Natural And/Or Legal Entities, In Relation To The Administrative-Legal Regulation, Legal Personality And The Technical Capabilities For Which The Relevant And Applicable Regulatory Provisions, Registration And Licensing Regimes Are Relevant.
