The Object Of This Public Procurement Is A Service - (The Provision Of Services) In The Sense Of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act With Exercise Of Construction Supervision And Control During The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works - Execution Of The Functions Of A Consultant Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Paragraph 1, Item 1 And Item 2 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut), Such As Duties And Responsibilities, Are In Accordance With The Mandatory Scope Regulated In Art. 168, Para. 1, Para. 3, Para. 6 And Art. 176A, Para. 1 Of The Zut And With The Following Specific Activities: Main Activity #1 - Assesses The Compliance Of Investment Projects In The Sense Of Art. 166, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Zut; Main Activity #2 – Exercise Of Construction Supervision In The Sense Of Art. 166, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Zut With The Duties And Responsibilities, According To The Mandatory Scope Regulated In Art. 168, Para. 1, Para. 3 Of The Zut; Main Activity #3 – Preparation Of A Technical Passport Within The Meaning Of Art. 176A, Para. 1 Of Zut; Main Activity #4 - Preparation Of A Final Report In The Sense Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; Main Activity No. 5 – Performs Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Put Into Construction In The Sense Of Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Zut; Main Activity #6 - Performs The Functions Of Safety And Health Coordinator At The Construction Implementation Stage, According To Art. 5, Para. 3 Of Regulation No. 2/2004. And Other Normative Acts Governing This Matter; Main Activity #7 – Performs Environmental Protection Control During Construction And Installation Activities In Accordance With The Law On Environmental Protection And The Law On Waste Management And Their Regulations; Main Activity #8 – Supports The Employer In The Period From Acceptance Of Construction With The Relevant Protocol To Commissioning; Main Activity No. 9 – Exercises Construction Supervision During The Removal Of Deficiencies And Defects Within The Construction Warranty Period; All Main Activities #5 To #9 Inclusive, As Necessary Activities And All Necessary Costs For Their Implementation, Will Be Provided In The Unit Prices Of Main Activity #2 In The List Of Items Of The Price Proposal.
