The Task Is Divided Into Two Sub-Contracts – One For Area North And One For Area South. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Public Tender, Cf. Section 56 Of The Public Tenders Act (Act No. 1564 Of 15 December 2015), Which Means That Anyone Who Is Not Covered By The Grounds For Exclusion, Cf. Point 1.7, And Meets Any Minimum Requirements, Can Submit A Tender . Final Agreements With The Winning Tenderer(S) Are Concluded On The Basis Of The Attached Contract. Both Partial Agreements Are Offered, And It Is Also Possible To Be Awarded Both Partial Agreements.
