This Is A Construction Contract That Will Be Implemented As A Kvr Contract So That The Winner Of The Tender Will Carry Out The Heating Method Change From Start To Finish On A Turnkey Basis. The Competition Is Carried Out As An Open Procedure So That All Those Who Meet The Suitability Requirements Can Participate In The Comparison Phase. Minimum Requirements Are Set For Procurement And The Lowest Price Decides The Competition. The Winner Of The Tender Will Be The One Who Carries Out The Contract As A Kvr Contract From Start To Finish. It Is About Changing The Natural Gas System To A Water-Air Heat Pump System.
