1. The National Museum In Wrocław Is A Cultural Institution Run By The Minister Responsible For Culture And Protection Of National Heritage. The Museum Has Legal Personality And Is Entered In The Register Of Cultural Institutions Kept By The Minister Under The Number Rik 127/2022. The Museum Is Entered In The State Register Of Museums Kept By The Minister Under The Number Prm/113/2012.2. The National Museum In Wrocław Has The Right To Dispose Of The Property Located At Ul. Purkyniego 11, 50-155 Wrocław. The Racławice Panorama Museum Is A Public Building. The Building Complex And Its Surroundings Are Entered In The Register Of Monuments By Decision A/2281/464/Wm Of November 25, 1991 (Entry Extended By Decision Of July 16, 1998). 3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Installation Of An External Sun Protection Foil On The Roof Skylight Panes Of The Large Rotunda Of The Panorama Of Racławice Together With Accompanying Works.4. The Solar Protection Foil Is Designed For Installation Outside The Building And Is Intended To Limit The Transparency And Penetration Of Light And Solar Radiation Into The Interior Of The Large Rotunda. 5. As Part Of The Accompanying Works, The Contractor Will Construct Additional Technical Bridges Between Individual Skylights To Enable Preparatory Work, Foil Installation And Periodic Inspection Of Their Condition. 6. All Work Related To The Installation Of The Sun Protection Foil, As Well As The Materials Used, Must Not Cause Destruction Or Damage To The Roof And Walls Of The Rotunda, In Particular The Drainage Channels Between The Skylights, As Well As The Installed Installations And Devices That Would Threaten The Loss Of The Warranty Granted To The Ordering Party By The Contractor Castellum Sp. . All Materials Necessary To Perform The Works Must Be Transported From The Outside Of The Rotunda. Transport And Movement Of Employees Inside The Rotunda Is Not Allowed. Access To External Scaffolding Should Be Protected 24 Hours A Day Against Use By Unauthorized Persons.8. All Materials Used By The Contractor Cannot Change The Structure Of The Glass Constituting The Glazing Of The Skylights And Must Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing The Products To Be Used In Construction. 9.
