The Designed Facility Is A Single-Story Building With A Gable Roof, Covered With Standing Seam Sheet Metal. The Building Ends With Two Attics. The Order Includes The Execution Of Earthworks, Footings And Foundation Walls, Columns, Walls, Roof Structure And Covering. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Presented In The Bill Of Quantities For The Construction Industry Specified In The Following Items: 1 - Earthworks; 2 – Footings And Foundation Walls; 4 – Columns, Walls And Partitions (Excluding Item 24 D.4); 5 - Roof Structure And Covering. Additional Information To Be Taken Into Account When Performing The Order (Applies To All Tasks): - Secure And Mark The Work Site For The Duration Of The Works, - Any Need To Enter Plots Owned By Other People Should Be Agreed Upon Before The Works Begin, - The Order Must Be Made From Its Own Materials Approved For Use In Construction Under The Construction Law And Using Its Own Equipment, - Geodetic Services (Geodetic Staking Out And Geodetic Post-Construction Inventory) Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor, - Before Starting The Work, It Is Necessary To Develop And Agree On A Project For The Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works, Which Is A Necessary Condition For The Commencement Of The Works, - After The Works Are Completed, The Area Must Be Restored To A Condition No Worse Than Before The Commencement Of The Works. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Swz: Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Construction Works. Guarantee And Warranty: Required Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract - 36 Months. The Required Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is 36 Months. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
