The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Demolition Works, Including Dismantling Furnaces, Removing Internal Plasters, Carving Out Wooden Door Frames, Dismantling Wooden Floors. 2) Construction Of A Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling. 3) Construction Of Partition Walls, Laying Of Prefabricated Lintels. 4) Plasters On Internal Walls. 5) Covering Walls With Plasterboards.6) Plastering Plaster On Ceilings And Gypsum Board Walls, Painting Ceilings And Walls, Facing Walls With Ceramic Tiles (Sanitary Room, Boiler Room And Kitchen Apron On The Wall).7) Laying Floors With Moisture-Proof Insulation, Laying Tiles Technical Stoneware In The Sanitary Room, Boiler Room, Kitchen And Corridor, Construction Of Floor Panels In Other Rooms.8) Replacement Of Windows And Doors.9) Construction Of Internal Electrical Installation.10) Construction Of Internal Sanitary Water And Sewage Installation.11) Delivery And Installation Of A Washbasin, Kitchen Sink, Shower Cabin Walls With A Linear Drain, Toilet With A Compact Type Washer, Washbasin, Sink And Shower Taps, Handles For The Disabled.12) Construction Of An Internal Central Heating Installation. Including The Installation Of Radiators And A 10 Kw Wood Pellet Boiler. The Detailed Scope And Quantities Of Individual Works Are Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Is An Annex To The Specifications. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Electrical Measurements And Provide The Ordering Party With Reports On Their Implementation. The Central Heating Furnace Must Be Commissioned And Documented With An Entry In The Warranty Book. The Colors Of The Tiles, Panels And Paints Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party.
