The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Titled: Development Of Design Documentation For The Expansion And Renovation Of Provincial Road No. 646 Internally Divided Into Two Tasks (Sections) For Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer: 2. Scope Of Design Works For Task 1, I.E. Extension Of The Provincial Road No. 646 Turzno - Brzeźno By Building A Bicycle Road On The Section From Km 0+040 To Km 2+805 Should Include: • Construction Of A Bicycle Road In The Outskirts With A Surface Width Of 2 M, In The Case Of Design Directly Next To The Road - Width 2.5 M, • Reconstruction Of Existing/Construction Of Additional Exits, • Construction Of Two Pedestrian Crossings Illuminated With Mains-Powered Lamps (If Applicable And The Terrain Conditions Allow It): Through The Provincial Road And Through The Road National Road No. 15, • Construction Of Two Stop Platforms, • Ensuring Effective Drainage Of The Road, Including By Including In The Documentation For The Construction Of Open Retention Reservoirs, Desilting Of Ditches / Cleaning Of Culverts Under The Exits, Cross Drainage At The Slope On Exits To Private Properties - Applies To The Side Of The Road, Along Which The Bicycle Path Will Be Located, • Development Of The Permanent Traffic Organization Project, Including Road Safety Elements And Stops, • Preparation Of A Felling Project And Replacement Plantings/Topsoiling Of Ditches And The Road, • Obtaining A Derogation From The Obligation To Build A Service Channel, • Obtaining A Derogation From Pkp Due To The Implementation Of Works In The Vicinity Of The Railway Line, If Required, • Obtaining An Opinion On The Geometry Of Intersections And Pzt From The Marshal Of Wk-P, As The Traffic Manager On Voivodeship Roads, • Surveying Service, Which Should Take Into Account The Inventory Of The Road, Including Making Demarcations For Undetermined Geodetic Points, Stabilizing The Above, As Well As Stabilizing Points Resulting From Geodetic Divisions Made On The Basis Of The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment, • Preparing A Road Safety Audit For The Designed Solutions Along The Provincial Road In Accordance With The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations, • The Design Scope Does Not Include The Fragment Of The Provincial Road Under The Motorway Viaduct, The Viaduct Over National Road No. 96 Constituting Access To The Motorway And The Railway Crossing In Turzno, As Well As The Intersection With National Road No. 15 (Except For Marking The Pedestrian Crossing Through Dk 15). Special Tiles With Studs For The Visually Impaired Should Be Used At Pedestrian Crossings. The Documentation Should Include Lighting Of Pedestrian Crossings With Mains-Powered Lamps. It Is Allowed To Install Pedestrian Crossing Lighting In The Form Of Solar Lamps Only If It Is Impossible To Obtain Power For The Lamps From The Existing Network.
