The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of A Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel In The Form Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E), Including The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel And The Provision Of Its Distribution Service From The Gas Network To Installations Located In The Ordering Partys Facilities. Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas For The Property Located At Ul. 1 Maja 28/30 In Aleksandrów Łódzki – 33,000 M31. The Total Amount Of Gas Fuel That Will Be Delivered During The Term Of The Contract Is Estimated At 370,590 Kw.2. The Projected Consumption Of Gas Fuel Indicated Above Is An Estimated Value Based On Current Consumption And May Differ From The Actual Use Of Gas Fuel. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Volume Of Gas Fuel In Relation To The Quantity Specified Above. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Supply Gaseous Fuel In An Amount Corresponding To The Actual Demand Of The Ordering Party, Regardless Of The Estimated Forecast Of Its Consumption. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel By The Ordering Party. Any Change In The Estimated Consumption Will Not Result In Any Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Settlement For The Actual Amount Of Gas Fuel Consumed. 3. The Supplied Natural Gas Should Meet Legal Requirements And Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis And The Act Of May 30, 2014 Amending The Act On Stocks Of Crude Oil, Petroleum Products And Natural Gas And The Rules Of Conduct In Situations Of Threat To The States Fuel Security And Disruptions On The Oil Market And Certain Other Acts. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Quality Standards Of The Ordering Partys Service In Accordance With The Applicable Energy Law Provisions. It Should Ensure Continuity Of Supplies Without Any Interruptions In Supplies, Except For Situations Described In The Energy Law, The Instructions For The Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network (Iriesd), The Tariff, And Have A Reserve Guaranteeing Continuity Of Supplies.5. Settlements For The Distribution Of Gas Fuel Will Be Based On Current Readings Of The Measurement And Settlement System (Data Provided By The Distribution System Operator Dso), In Accordance With The Settlement Periods Resulting From The Current Dso Tariff, However, For Tariffs With The Number Of Readings In Year 1 And 2 It Is Possible To Settle On The Basis Of A Settlement Invoice Issued By The Contractor After Obtaining Measurement Data From The Dso, Which Will Take Into Account The Amount Of Gas Fuel Actually Consumed By The Customer.
