The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel For The Needs Of The Marshals Office Of The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship In Olsztyn, Including The Sale And Distribution Of Natural Gas With A Forecast Volume Of Approximately 2,906,984.00 Kwh, To The Following Consumption Points: - Ul. Zacisze 18, 82-300 Elbląg - Ul. E. Plater 1, 10-562 Olsztyn - Ul. Bema 3/1, 11-041 Olsztyn - Ul. Partyzatów 24, 10-526 Olsztyn - Ul. Kościuszki 37 A, 10-503 Olsztyn2. The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law And The Implementing Acts To This Act. The Ordering Party Is Exempt From Excise Duty On Gaseous Fuel Intended For Heating Purposes In Accordance With The Act Of December 6, 2008 On Excise Duty.3. Gas Supplies Will Be Made Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator. 4. The Quality Parameters Of Gas Fuels And The Quality Standards Of Customer Service, I.E. Those Relating To The Main Elements Of The Subject Of The Order, Are Described In The Applicable Provisions Of § 38-44 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System.
