The Tender Concerns The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Regarding The Cleaning Of Waste Containers For Nordværk (Hereinafter Referred To As The Framework Agreement). According To The Framework Agreement, It Is A Fixed Service That The Fully Buried Waste Islands In The Aalborg Urban Area Are Cleaned Once A Year. One Waste Island Typically Consists Of Three Fully Buried Waste Containers; • One Waste Container With One Compartment For Food And Residual Waste • One Waste Container With One Compartment For Paper/Cardboard With Integrated Compartment For Mini Electronics, As Well As • One Waste Container With Two Compartments For Respectively Bottles And Metal And Plastic And Integrated Compartment For Batteries. Some Waste Islands Consist Of Another Waste Container. The Waste Container With One Compartment For Food And Residual Waste Must Be Cleaned Both Inside And Outside, While The Other Waste Containers, As A Rule, Must Only Be Cleaned On The Outside. There Are Currently Approximately 270 Buried Waste Islands Established In The Suburb Of Aalborg. However, It Is Expected That A Total Of Approximately 300 Waste Islands Will Be Established When The Project Is Completed. The Project Is Expected To Be Completed In Mid-2025. The Framework Agreement Also Includes The Cleaning Of Other Waste Containers In Nordværk, Which Can Include Both Fully And Partially Buried Waste Containers And Waste Bins, If There Is A Need For This. It Is Expected, However, That There Is Mostly Only A Need For Cleaning Partially Buried Waste Containers In Hjørring And Brønderslev Municipality. The Framework Agreement Enters Into Force When It Is Signed By Nordværk And The Winning Tenderer, However Early On 1 March 2025. The Framework Agreement Will Then Run For Two Years, Unless Nordværk Exercises An Extension Option Beforehand. Nordværk Can Extend The Framework Agreement By A Maximum Of Two Years. Nordværk Has Estimated The Framework Agreements Annual Value To Be Dkk 900,000.00. The Total Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Thus 3,600,000.00. The Estimate Is Based On Information Available At The Time Of The Tender Regarding The Price Level And Number Of Waste Containers That Are Expected To Have To Be Cleaned In Accordance With The Framework Agreement. However, It Cannot Be Denied That During The Term Of The Framework Agreement It Is Decided That The Level Of Service In One Or More Of Nordværks Owner Municipalities Regarding The Cleaning Of Waste Containers Must Be Higher. Nordværk Has Therefore Decided That The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Must Be 25% Higher Than The Above Estimate. The Total Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Thus Dkk 4,500,000.00.
