Deadline For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order - From The Signing Of The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level For Construction Of The Technical Infrastructure - Appendix No. 2A To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction - Until Completion Of Construction Works On The Site And Issuance Of A Permit For Use Of The Site. Place Of Performance - The Construction Supervision, Subject Of The Order, Will Be Performed On The Territory Of The Village Of Botevo, Tundzha Municipality. An Investment Project Has Been Prepared For The Site In The Following Parts: Water Supply And Sewerage, Road, Geodesy, Engineering And Geological Survey, Fire Safety, Safety And Health Plan, Construction Waste Management Plan And A Building Permit Has Been Issued. All Types Of Construction And Assembly Works, For Which Construction Supervision Is Planned, Are Described In Detail In The Investment Project, An Integral Part Of This Participation Documentation. The Person Carrying Out The Construction Supervision Should Ensure Proper Control Over The Quality Of The Planned Construction And Installation Works, Protecting The Interests Of The Contracting Authority Throughout The Investment Process During The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Should Exercise Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of Art. 168 Of The Zut In Accordance With The Investment Project, The Technical Specifications, The Technical Offer, The Contract For The Performance Of The Assigned Smr And The Other Requirements For The Performance Of The Contract And The Performance Of The Work On The Site, Through Qualified Specialists Appointed To Supervise The Relevant Parts. The Contractor Performs Construction Supervision During Construction On All Types Of Smrs That Are Performed By The Builder, In Accordance With The Legal Powers And Obligations As A Person Exercising Construction Supervision Of Construction. In Fulfillment Of This Public Procurement, The Contractor Should Carry Out The Following Activities In A Qualitative And Timely Manner, In Full Compliance With The Current Regulations And With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority: Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction, According To The Zut For Site Ii Category.
