Computer Facilities Management Services – Outsourcing Of The Information System Of The Yvelines Departmental Council. The Services Include The Management Of Incidents And Problems, Carrying Out Changes, Maintaining Operational Conditions, Developments And Technical Adaptations Of System And Network Infrastructures. By Maintaining Operational Conditions (Mco), We Mean All The Actions Necessary For Continuity Of Service. The Detailed Description Of The Services Appears In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.) Of The Contract. The Contract Is A Mixed Price Contract Comprising A Fixed Price Part And A Purchase Order Part, Awarded According To The Open Call For Tenders Procedure (Article R2124-2 1° - Public Procurement Code). The Form Of The Contract Is Single-Beneficiary. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of Two (2) Years. The Contract Is Renewable, Tacitly, Once For A Further Period Of Two (2) Years, I.E. A Maximum Duration Of 4 Years. The Minimum Amount Of The Contract Corresponds To The Amount Excluding Tax Of The Fixed Part. The Maximum Amount Of The Contract Per Period Of Execution Is Set At 2,600,000 Euros Excluding Tax, Or 5,200,000 Euros Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Including Renewal Period.
