The Implementation Of Engineering Includes The Following Main Activities: Activity I - Preparation Of An Investment Project, Including: A. Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, Including The Necessary Working Details For The Needs Of The Site According To Its Terms And Conditions, According To The Volume And The Scope Regulated In Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001. For The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, Other Applicable Legislation, As Well As The Requirements Laid Down In The Technical Specification For The Development Of The Investment Project, As Well As Activities Representing A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It, In Accordance With The Regulations, And The Current State Of The Relevant Object, Including Operating Companies And Other Bodies And Approval According To The Order Of The Zut. B. Removal At Your Own Expense Of The Shortcomings Of The Project, Established In The Course Of The Inspections By The Contracting Authority And/Or The Construction Supervisor, Assessing The Compliance Of The Project With The Essential Requirements For Construction And Technical Control Under The Constructive Part, According To The Zut, Including And During Construction, As Well As Removal Of Objections From The Institutions During Project Approval. Activity Ii - Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works For The Construction Of The Site, According To The Investment Projects Prepared By The Contractor, Agreed And Approved In The Relevant Order, Quantities And Types Of Smr And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification, The Proposal For The Execution Of The Order And The Price List Proposal. The Subject Of Activity Ii Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities, Which Are Related To The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works Of The Construction And Are A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To Them: The Construction Works Are Carried Out According To The Prepared And Approved Technical Project For The Construction And The Instructions And The Orders In The Order Book; Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Necessary And Corresponding To The Technical Specifications And The Technical Project; Provision Of Land For The Needs Of Construction - For Temporary Construction, For Storage Of Materials And Equipment And Other Needs, In Connection With The Implementation Of The Construction, Established By The Safety And Health Plan; If Necessary To Carry Out Relocation Works, During And In Connection With The Implementation Of Construction, Of Underground And Above-Ground Networks And Facilities. Organization Of The Activities Of Collection, Transportation, Disposal And Utilization Of The Construction And Other Waste Arising As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Activities, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation.
